I'm really sucking at my job right now. I hate when the mistake is on my end, transpose a number and get the wrong return. I'm sure they're wondering where the hell my brain is at, plus while I enjoy having the officers fairly close by, it also makes things stressful when they have problems on the job.
I guess it's normal, but that weird bond that occurs when you work consistently in close quarters with them. Doesn't really matter about gender or age, you deal with two sides of the same issue.

ReplyDeleteAnd that weird bond thing seems to be normal to the good dispatchers that care about the officers. If you got it you must be doing the rest of the stuff right!
