It's Monday, again.

Back from days off, they were very long and a lot of fun. Of course, staying up for 30 hours straight is always good, right?
They are predicting another round of ice and snow, starting tomorrow sometime. I got my prints done for training monday evening. LOL, poor guy, I'm pretty sure he thinks I'm a complete moron. Everytime I have to get prints done I forget to fill out the cards. He's done them both times and I have forgotten both times.

We went and shot Tuesday, after lunch. It was a lot of fun, and we were able to introduce one of my best friends to the joys of shooting. She's pretty girly and isn't necessarily afraid of them, she just hasn't shot that much.

Let me tell you, she's damn good. Now she wants a pink gun :) I have a .38 as my primary carry gun right now and I'm waiting on a refund check in order so I can get another one. Charter Arms has what they call a Pink Lady, it's a .38 and it comes with the internal hammer mechanism. really cool shit. Well, it was that or the .22 Sig Sauer Mosquito which is hot pink and black.

Her boyfriend is a good friend of mine and is under the impression that they bigger the caliber, the better the gun. He rags me about my .38 compared to his .45. Oh well, he's a big guy and needs a big gun lol.

It's been fairly quiet tonight, just a few odd tags and traffic. I hate personalized tags, they are of the devil and a bitch to track down on the computer.
